Birthday Party Terms & Conditions

BIRTHDAY PARTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • $50 deposit is required within a week of booking the birthday party. 
  • A 20% gratuity will be added to the total bill. Any additional will be at your discretion. 
  • The day of the party, you are required to pay the final bill the day of the party 
  • Parties may bring their own cake/dessert. 
  • Port Jeff Bowl is the sole food service provider for all parties. 
  • No outside food or beverages are permitted, excluding dessert. 
  • The pizza and dessert will be served during the 2 hours of bowling.  
  • Our bar may be open if requested in advance. 
  • All children must wear bowling shoes, unless stated otherwise by our front desk staff. 
  • Port Jeff Bowl will supply invitations and provide a party host/hostess. 
  • The birthday child’s parent may bring in any tablecloth, utensils, and decorations they wish.  
  • You must provide one adult per lane to ensure the childrens’ safety. 
  • Please make sure the children do not run, eat, or drink on the lanes. 
  • Please have yourself and your guests arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. 
  • Party dates are transferable with 2-weeks notice. Deposits are non-refundable. 
  • Parties will be charged for a minimum of 10 guests. 
  • Parents will be responsible for any damage to the party room and/or bowling lanes. 
  • Cosmic Bowling & Music ability dependent on party date & time booked. 
  • One of our staff members will call you within the week of the party to confirm event details.
